Aqua Heart Pools combines hands-on field experience with professional education from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). We require our pool service technicians to hold current Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO®) credentials so the people caring for your water understand the fundamentals behind safe, reliable pool operation.
Our Professional Credentials
These credentials are issued through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, an industry organization providing professional education and certification for pool, spa and hot tub professionals.
The CPO® program covers core pool-operation knowledge including disinfection and water balance, chemical testing, circulation, filtration, safety, troubleshooting, record keeping and chemical-feed practices.
What it means for your pool: the technician servicing your water is expected to understand why adjustments are being made—not simply add chemicals by habit.
